Inception of Specialty in BVPMCH Sangli: March 2020; 57+ procedures till date.

Neurointervention like brain aneurysm coiling, cortical venous sinus thrombolysis, Venoplasty and stenting, carotid revascularization /stenting, preoperative tumour embolisation, Arterio Venous Fistula management, Pharmacological thrombolysis & mechanical thrombectomy for acute arterial stroke intervention, flow diverter, Embolisation spinal AVM, AV Fistula.

Diagnostic IR: DSA arteriogram, Venogram, intra-nodal lymphangiography ,Digital subtraction angiography,cerebral /mesenteric/peripheral angiography and preop and Postop IR evaluation with IR doppler/ct/mri/usg review.
Nephro & Urological IR:
Dialysis AV fistula salvage and complication management,Permacath placement, chemo port placement , picc line, drainage catheter , central vein stenosis management.
Nephrostomy - PCN, ante grade ureteric metallic stenting, onco embolisation, post transplant interventions/salvage.
Respiratory IR : Bronchial artery embolisation for haemoptysis, Pulmonary AVM / AVF embolisation, pulmonary aneurysm embolisation
Fertility IR : Uterine artery embolisation, fallopian tube recanalisation, Varicocoele embolisation, Fibroid embolisation , PAE.
